The Godfather

Who doesn’t love listening to Marlon Brando with cotton balls in his mouth? Another classic example of things that are awesome. These movies are a good idea no matter how long or short your weekend is. Maybe a little too dramatic and dark for some but for others the perfect balance between a solid story and some awesome shoot-em-up action. Maybe my favourite Robert De Niro role to date, he’s just so good. This movie marathon is an offer you can’t refuse.

The Godfather series

Star Wars

Probably still one of my all time favourite series of films ever made. Yes, the newest ones majorly lack as films when compared to the original three, but when you sit and watch all six back-to-back you get this sense of joy deep in your soul and you know that watching them all was the right choice. If not, then at least the first three will quench your desires for furry things and space. Oh, and, did I mention Harrison Ford. Boom!

Star Wars

There are so many marathons that one can have on a long weekend, but these are my top 7 choices that always make me feel okay for having stayed inside when the sun is shining. Don’t miss camping at all, and if you do, drown yourself in the vast amount of film that is right at your finger tips. Enjoy!
