Oh Baby! Book & Mom Self-Care Twitter Chat

As moms, especially new moms, we are accustomed to putting our children first, naturally. That’s one of the reasons I wrote my book, “Oh Baby! A Mom’s Self-Care Survival Guide for the First Year”, because that first year of motherhood is a challenging one.

Whether you have an infant, toddler, pre-schooler, school-aged child, or even a tween or teen, moms tend to themselves last on the list. Over time, putting mom last can lead to burnout, and feeling depleted. Mom’s self-care is crucial to overall physical and mental health.
