In the spirit of Halloween falling on the 31st day, I give you one more costume idea – one I handmade myself! I sewed/glued together this Scream and Zombie costume for my boys. As you can see from their poses, they are taking their roles very seriously!

I love DIY costumes, it’s affordable and it give the family a time to bond with each other! These are definitely cool ideas, not just for kids, it can be used by adults too!
These costumes would all be so cute on the kids. My grands are getting too old to dress up for Halloween, or so they think, but my dtr and SIL are dressing up as walking dead characters. My daughter is going as a zombie (love the one up there).
What a great list of Halloween costume ideas. Typically I like to DIY my costume but buy my son’s costumes from the stores. This year I am going as sweetie pie–candy taped to my shirt in the shape of mathematical pi.

These are some awesome ideas. My kids have already decided. My son is a LOTR dwarf, my little one is a character from Paw Patrol, and my teenager is a Comic Book girl.
