How far can $100 go?

Well for a family of four, $100 is $100 and since we go through a lot of groceries, every bit counts. And now that we’re eating more organic, I’m always scoping stores for their organic products and produce.

So I took the #WalmartFrugalHeroes challenge with Walmart Canada providing me with a $100 gift card to see how far I could go.

I chose to see how many organic products we could find and buy…

Feeling nutty? Nuts are a part of our daily diet, rich in monounsaturated fat (good fat). Always buy unsalted though.

Apples and pears, along with other fruits and vegetables on the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen list, we always buy organic:
