Cauliflower is a vitamin-packed superfood and so versatile when cooking! There are so many ways to enjoy cauliflower, from raw with dip, to roasted, sautéed or riced, the possibilities are endless.
Don’t ask me to eat a head of cauliflower raw. But when I make Sriracha Cauliflower Bites, I could eat the entire thing!

Spicy Sriracha Cauliflower Bites
1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon olive or grape seed oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon potato flour
Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and place into large bowl. Stir sriracha sauce with oil, garlic powder, salt and potato flour. Pour sauce over cauliflower bites, and shake/stir to coat. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
