Just because I can’t eat wheat anymore, doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy bread!
This recipe is quick – I usually make it 15 minutes before dinner is on the table. You can also use it as a pizza crust.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup each coconut, almond and tapioca
½ tsp each salt, garlic and onion powder, oregano
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Enough water to blend (about ¼ cup warm water)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and mix with a fork until blended. Transfer to a large piece of parchment paper.
Cover the dough with a piece of wax paper; using a rolling pin, roll out dough. Keeping dough on the parchment paper, transfer to a pan.
Cook for 10 minutes on 375. Sprinkle with sea salt and olive oil and enjoy!
