Do you have any leftover chocolate from Easter? You know, the solid milk chocolate that you could break your teeth trying to eat?

Well even if you’re a disaster in the kitchen, you can manage to make this simple recipe with leftover chocolate. Have fun with it! Add your favourite nuts, marshmallows, rice crisps, or even dried fruit.

Leftover Chocolate Recipe ~ Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

Whatever chocolate is left over

1/4 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup butter

1 cups miniature marshmallows

½ cup roasted almonds

¼ cup rise crisps or puffs

 

Directions

In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until melted.  Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes or so.  Stir in the marshmallows, coconut nuts, or other ingredients.

Pour onto a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Cool in refrigerator.
