During the holidays, I love adding a little something to my afternoon coffee… a “boost”, if you will! One of my favourite flavours – other than coffee – is chocolate and mint. Throw those three together and what do you get?
Oh yes. Alcoholic coffee drinks make for a delicious touch at the end of a dinner with friends or family. Here is my recipe for a Mint Chocolate Coffee, which is a wonderful delight served with dessert, of course!
Mint Chocolate Coffee
Ingredients:
1 oz mint liqueur
1 oz chocolate liqueur
6 oz coffee
Garnish: whipped cream (or frothed almond milk if you’re dairy free) and cocoa powder.
Directions:
Add the liqueurs to a mug, pour coffee and stir. Add garnish and serve!
