It looks like Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima is catwalking for two – for the second time! Just last month, the stunner was spotted in Miami promoting a new lingerie line for Victoria’s Secret, and showing no signs of a baby bump.
However, on March 20th the gorgeous 30-year-old Brazilian supermodel confirmed that her and husband Marko Jaric are expecting their second bundle of joy. She took the news to Twitter with the following tweet:
“Big news everyone! Marko and I are so happy to share some wonderful news with all of you! #ImPregnant.”
Lima did not say what the baby’s gender is or when it is expected to be born. She did tell People magazine: ”Boy or girl, we’ll be excited either way. As long as our baby is healthy, we’re happy!”
Lima met Jaric, 33, at a party in Los Angeles in 2006 and she immediately “knew he was the one and [I] could see myself married to him and with a big family.” And was she ever right! The couple got married on Valentine’s Day in 2009.
Soon after the honeymoon, they learned they were expecting their first child, daughter Valentina, who is now 2 and cannot wait to be a big sister.
Lima stated “the entire family is very excited, especially Valentina. She keeps blowing kisses to my belly and saying, ‘Kisses for the baby.’”
Lima continues to work and did appear in November’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The top model says she loves bringing little Valentina along on the job. As much as Adriana enjoys modeling , she has already proclaimed motherhood as being the best job.
“The best job in the world for me is being a mom,” she says. “I never thought I could love so much. I always thought, does unconditional love exist? Now I know it does because I feel it.
