The countdown to summer has officially begun!  Summer is just around the corner which means tons of parties, barbeques and lots of food!

We all want to look and feel our best, especially during the summer months when sandals and shorts are mandatory!

Here are some healthy summer eating tips from Keri to help you get started:

Eat better with every meal:

Focus on eating better, one meal at a time. Otherwise it can be easy to get discouraged – forget the worry! Your only mission: Make the next meal you eat nutritious, balanced and satisfying.

Watch the cravings: 

Indulge but be smart about it.  Fulfill that craving with a conscious indulgence – take a few deep breaths and find a healthy alternative.     Yes, even I need to drop a cpl of winter weight lbs if I want back in last summers clothes. Drinking more water and I always put nuts in my yogurt.

  2. We always finish dinner with yogurt or a fruit. Fills the tummy with a healthy choice rather than going directly to cookies or cake.

  3. I love my smoothies and I add yogurt wink wink,,,,lost of fresh fruits and I love to it loads of salads.

  4. I actually bought this yogurt last week and it’s really good. There aren’t many yogurts that actually taste like the one I can get in Greece…my baby girl loves it too.

  5. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, ensuring I get enough fibre too. In the summer, easy dinners are bbq chicken with salad. Fast, fresh, and healthy.
