I’m facilitating the spring session of the Managing Expectations program at the Ontario Early Years Centre in Newmarket for Life With A Baby, a non-profit support group for new and expectant parents in York Region.

On Tuesday, May 11th, our guest speaker was author of several parenting humour books and Funny Mummy, Kathy Buckworth

She talked about how to deal with various expectations and guilt that motherhood brings. 

She read an excerpt from her book “The Blackberry Diaries” and had a wonderful, informal chat.  One lucky mom took home a copy of her latest book, “Shut Up and Eat!”.
