Life is really all about the little moments, a series of simple yet pleasurable experiences that make your day enjoyable. The smell of coffee first thing in the morning, children’s laughter,  a sunny day – these are the things that truly matter. I’m grateful to have the kids up and ready for school every day. Getting my lazy butt to the gym is a feat in itself.

Not every little duty deserves a medal but when I’m juggling work, home and kids and I’ve managed to make it through the day in one piece, I think that’s just cause for a reward. I’m not saying that food treats should be rewards all the time but I do love my food and that’s often the way I like to indulge!

Often it’s a salty treat that will fulfill the craving but for the most part, it’s something sweet like chocolate, brownies or cheesecake – rich, creamy textures that feel as good as they taste. When I want to satisfy that craving without the guilt, the new YOPA Greek yogurt flavours will do just that.

The stirred Greek yogurt comes in 5 yummy flavors – Mmmm! Mango Tango, Lotta Pina Colada, Va-Va Vanilla Bean, Ooh-la-la Strawberry Cheesecake and Very Berry Lush. With two times the protein of regular yogurt, Greek yogurt is such an easy and delicious way to add dairy and protein to your daily diet. Look how thick the yogurt is!

The Strawberry Cheesecake probably tastes more like strawberries than cheesecake but I’m looking forward to trying the Mmmm! Mango Tango and the Lotta! Pina Colada.

I’m Greek and I probably overuse the word “OPA” – it’s fun to say, isn’t it?  I think it’s a pretty clever play of words that Yoplait is using with their new product.
