It’s that time of the year once again… the holiday season is upon us! Have you started your holiday shopping yet? Are you planning to travel over the holidays?
I’m starting my holiday gift planning early, and thinking about using my Aeroplan miles for either travel, or gifts for the family. Aeroplan has some fantastic rewards for those Aeroplan miles, which can be used for family holiday gift shopping. I can’t even begin to list all of the reward choices – you’ll have to look for yourself.
Last year, about 2.7 million rewards were issued to members including 1.9 million flights on Air Canada and Star Alliance carriers which offer travel to more than 1,300 destinations worldwide! Crazy numbes, right?! Also, Aeroplan members have access to over 1,000 exciting specialty, merchandise, hotel, car rental and experiential rewards.
You can save on your holiday budget by using Aeroplan miles for holiday gifts for the entire family:

One year my siblings and I got together and got my parents different date night gift baskets from each of us. One had a giftcard to the theatre and snacks. The other was for date night at home, another for dinner out. Who says gift cards cant be personal?! 🙂
