  2. You are so on point about this. I didn’t truly understand it at first and it felt like such a hassle trying to fit in a class or rushing to thr class and rushing home afterwards…. But i joined a 2 week intro pass for hot yoga. It was WONDERFUL. Self care is SoSoSo important and I’ve definitely taken the back seat on that… My goal this year is to try harder in this area and be more cognizant of my own needs ??
