Going to a blogging conference? Or any conference for that matter?

I wrote a post about six tips to remember at blogging conferences. But here are some simple Dos and Don’ts to remember when attending a blogging conference:

Do introduce others – always nice to be polite.

Don’t dominate the conversation. Allow for others to get a word in.

Do excuse yourself politely if you must leave a conversation.

Don’t drink and tweet.

Don’t drink and post provocative pictures.

Do photo bomb when hilariously appropriate.

Don’t post pictures of unsuspecting friends on Facebook if they are in a compromising situation.

Don’t wear inappropriate clothing. If you think it’s not appropriate dress code, you’re probably right.

Do attend the sessions that you think you may not find interesting – you may be pleasantly surprised!

Don’t stalk a fellow blogger. Especially follow them around. To their hotel room.

Don’t take a photo of people while they’re eating.

Do try to get out of your comfort zone.

Don’t snore (if you can control it) in the hotel room with your roomie.

Do have fun!
