“Mom, can I have a freezie?!” My kids love their popsicles and freezies in the summer, but I don’t like all the food colouring and sugar that come in packaged popsicles. I’d much rather make my own! They’ll enjoy their treat once in a while, but I’ll opt for a crazy easy two ingredient coconut cream popsicle instead!

Crazy Easy Two Ingredient Coconut Cream Popsicle

How to make:

1 can coconut milk (about 14 fl oz)

1 cup orange juice

Shake the can of coconut milk before opening. Pour into a large jug or blender. Add the orange juice and blend well. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.

  1. Okay I know it’s winter now, but really my kids eat popsicles all year round so this recipe still applies to my household! I have never thought about coconut milk in popsicles & I am loving this! And hello, it couldn’t be more easy to do!
