How active are you in the summer?

We are a fairly active family, especially during the summer when we tend to spend more time outdoors. While the kids are riding their bicycles or playing basketball, my husband and I enjoy long walks, and gardening.

Because I work at a desk most of the day, my muscles tend to tighten up. Taking frequent breaks, and keeping my body moving is crucial to help with long-lasting muscle pain.     I would spend the whole day on the water kayaking and swimming. Love being on the water and you meet the nicest people there too.
