He still loves a cuddle and a kiss. My girls actually count the hugs they get in a day and I sometimes here "Mom, I only had 3 huggies today"... I get good lip kisses from the girls (usually so they can steal some lipstick in the process!). So I am not at all ready for the next phase and can't quite believe it will ever change (though I know it will...). Also still not in that phase despite an almost 9 year old boy. I get very disappointed when someone tells me that they are half Greek, Italian, Polish and so forth but they don't speak anything but English. My parents made sure to speak our language in the house and school, friends, tv and so forth were the basics for English. I LOVE different languages and download new apps all the time to learn at least the basic few words or greetings. (My new language this month is Turkish) =) Thank you for sharing! It's not been hard to raise them bilingually - it is hard however to teach kids a second language that they aren't growing up with.
