BUT I do really think you should be yourself on social media. Sure I don’t want to hear that your husband is an asshat daily, and I won’t want to see you bitch 24/7 BUT showing some of your real feelings (hey my husband CAN be an asshat) makes you so much more relate-able. I can’t even begin to tell you how many people I have muted, unfollowed, unsubscribed from because I’m sick to death of their peachy lives.

Their children are perfect. Their husbands are perfect. They make the most amazing meals using only homegrown organic ingredients etc. C’mon lets be honest, your kid couldn’t stop screaming and you caved and gave him nuggets. That makes me believe the blogger more because as great as your life is, lets be honest, there are crap days there too!

Is the “Moms Who Do More” National Report a little biased?

What if the “Moms Who Do More” National Report came back with a result indicating that Dads do a lot more? Wouldn’t that invalidate its cause and debunk its existence?

I told my wife about this report and she said to that she does 94% more both while working and at home.

I’ll take 3%.

I think that is just below the national average based on the report, “Dads Don’t Give a Hogsass about a Stupid Poll about Something as Obvious as Not Putting Enough of an effort into Parenting as Superior Moms everywhere.”

I had a scare as well – particularly scary as my mom passed away from breast cancer when she was in her early 60s. The mammogram came back “normal” (doctor’s wording, and thank God) but they did not suggest I start regular screening or say anything about whether or not I have “dense” breasts…but all of my doctors have referred to my breasts as “naturally lumpy.” All this to I guess ask when I should be doing regular screening and how many facilities are there that do the ABU? I guess there’s a trip to my doctor in my future to get these answers. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
